You can get it now, but that would be part of the 2010 list I figured.
TCM's Keep Hope Alive is not from 2009 ... (lol). Have you listened to their newest album Divided by Night. There are some great tracks on it.
Yep, that is one that falls under the "just got this year" group. I think Itunes recommended it from the genius bar or whatever you call that side bar it has.
